WhereThe larp will take place in Berg en Dal, 15 min drive from Nijmegen, The Netherlands. The nearest airports are Dusseldorf, Eindhoven or Amsterdam, and there are good and cheap train connections to Nijmegen from there. We will be able to pick you up from Nijmegen station.
The venue provides comfortable hotel-quality accommodation. Bedrooms are shared between 2-4 people and have both double and single beds, and ensuite bathrooms. Both in- and off-game sleeping will be possible. You will be able to communicate your sleeping preferences to us closer to the larp. Sadly, the venue is not wheelchair-accessible. Please contact us about any other accessibility questions. You can read more about the location (in Dutch) on its website. |
WhenThere will be 2 runs of the larp: 15-18 February 2025 (Saturday-Tuesday) and 20-23 February 2025 (Thursday-Sunday).
The mandatory workshops begin at 14:00 on the first day (Saturday/Thursday), all players must be at the venue by then. The larp will start at 18:00 on that day, and end around 19:30 on the penultimate day (Monday/Saturday). It will be followed by a debrief and an afterparty. The players will need to leave the venue by 10:00 on the final day (Tuesday/Sunday). |
Food & drinkWe provide three meals per day, starting with dinner on Friday and ending with breakfast on Monday. There will always be extra food available in the kitchen. The food will be vegetarian and we'll do our best to cater to all dietary requirements.
There will be a small amount of alcohol provided during the larp, but you are welcome to bring more for your own use. Please drink in moderation. CostumesDuring daytime, we are going for a "government-run, sterile medical facility" look, and we would like you to wear a plain white T-shirt or top (any sleeve length) and plain white trousers (can be pyjama bottoms). Uniform light grey, beige, cream or pale pastel colours are also fine.
In the evening, you can wear whatever your character would wear on a date night or to a party. In 2070, fashion is quite eclectic. 2020s-style look happens to be back "in", and you're welcome to mix-and-match with more futuristic clothes if you prefer. We will provide you with "Hazmat suits" to use during the starting and closing scenes of the larp in a variety of sizes. |
Tickets & refundsThe tickets are priced at:
No payment is needed during sign-up. The first payment of €100 will be due by 30 April. The remainder will be due by the end of June. If you need to drop out, we will do our best to find a replacement player and will refund you the sum that player is willing to pay for their ticket. The likelihood of us being able to find a paying replacement player drops significantly the closer it is to the larp. ContactTogether At Last is designed and organised by Karolina Soltys, Patrik Bálint, David Owen, Lu Larpová, Marie-Lucie Genet and Phil D'Souza.
If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. There is also a Facebook group for people interested in the larp. |
